Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Dropshipping Notice Our products are fulfilled by trusted third-party suppliers. As a result, your order may arrive in multiple packages from different locations. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment once it has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Customs & Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@elevateyourstyle.net and we'll work with the supplier to resolve the issue.
